But only appeared two times before it was loaned to Serie C1, Leffe, where he scored 13 goals in 21 games. In 1993, he moved to Serie B club Verona and scored 13 goals in 36 appearances. Then he returned to Piacenza and scored 15 goals in 37 appearances. Inzaghi debut in Serie A after she bought Parma in 1995.
